We woke up today especially early because we are still jetlagged. Although we are exhausted from yesterday’s trip, we can still move!
Our first lesson today was with Miss Lisa and it was a combination of drama and writing on the theme of space. We played some games involving the theme of space including a game on word association and we got our first homework which surprised us because we thought there would be no homework at summer school! Afterwards we switched classes to Miss Hannah which was all about writing. We learnt how to make a good diary entry and we made a list poem using lots of unique adjectives.
After we had a break where we bought snacks and sweets from the tuck shop including candy and crisps such as Skittles and Pringles.
The final lesson was with Mr. Jamie in which we did drama based on the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. The story was interesting and exciting as it had a lot of good vocabulary and scenes that made you very nervous! We were lucky enough to watch the film afterwards and it was similar to the story that we had from Mr. Jamie.
In the evening we began to do our homework which took over an hour to finish and when it was finished we felt tired.
Tomorrow we are going on another trip to the Blritish Museum and to watch Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in the theatre which makes us feel excited.
