Today was quite a fun day. The activities and workshop were both great, and the lessons were also better than a normal day. During the lessons, we did a script of a reporter asking questions to the characters from our current drama novel, The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, the second book in the Chronicles of Narnia series during the drama lesson.
In Miss Lisa’s lesson, we described an imaginary planet named Ironite. We also did a debate and role-play related to Ironite. Finally, we had a “draw what you hear” contest using our describing skills to recreate a scene and the winner was awarded with 2 credits.
During the afternoon, we had our first drama session. Our drama was again The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. Miss Olivia, the drama teacher, was very generous and gave us a lot of credits. We acted and improved our acting skills and we actually feel ready for the performance
At night we had a very challenging and fun treasure hunt. However, it took us a long time to beat it.
Tomorrow we have more lessons and sports which will be exciting but we’ll need to store our energy!
